Does Impex Product require assembly?
All Impex Products do require assembly. You can just follow the easy and simple instruction guide
from the product manual with some tools to assemble the product. Impex does not provide a technician to assemble our products. |

MS80 and MS90 Pedals sometimes won't come up.
Lift both of the pedals up. Find the cable that connects from pedal to pedal. The cable needs to be placed onto the plastic pulley (parts #31 and #4). Once the cable is in place, push one of the pedal down. That will put the stepper to work. |

APEX - The cable to the weight stack is too short (8-10 inches).
Reverse part #9-Front Press Left Base and #10-Front Press Right Base.
Once you reverse these two parts, it will bring the front press closer to you when you are sitting on the machine and it will lower the cable by almost a foot. |

HM370 - The chain keeps coming loose
There are two nuts in the front of the bike (one on each side). Loosen them. Remove the plastic cover of the bike. Once you remove the cover, the chain will be exposed. Put the chain back on the gear and push the gear forward. When the gear is pushed as far as it will go, then tighten the two nuts at the front of the bike. Put the plastic cover back on the bike. |

Weight Bench Accessories.
The LAT 20 and the AC 10 will fit any IMPEX bench that has a removable leg developer and 2"x2" square tubing. |

Accessories Return Policy.
To return any merchandise ordered directly through Impex Customer Service Dept., you must pay for the return shipping. You will not be refunded for any shipping costs. There is also a $10.00 processing fee that will be deducted from the cost of the merchandise you are returning.
